What we collect

When you order, PayPal gives us your name, delivery address, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and order details. We do not see or store your card details. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (contract). To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation). To prevent fraud and handle complaints (legitimate interests). We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

PayPal (payments), couriers and Royal Mail (delivery), our accountants and our website host. They only receive what they need. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records for 6 years, to meet tax rules. Emails for up to 2 years after we last contact you.

Your rights

We store your basket in your browser so it is still there when you return. This is strictly necessary and needs no consent. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
